This game enables participants to address factors influencing leadership effectiveness.

SAMPLE CARDS

TELL:

•   Light-hearted: Tell the group what leadership means to you.
•   Serious:     Tell the group what kind of power you want most.
•   In-depth:     Tell the group what you find challenging about being a leader.

ASK:

•   Light-hearted: Ask the group how willing they think you are to learn.
